Established in 2005, SBI has a qualified and experienced team consisting of Managers, Designers and Central Administration Team which are the support structure for a highly skilled workforce.

SBI is dedicated to delivering products at a quality that will at least meet if not exceed our clients expectation whilst providing efficient and timely delivery. Our objective is to execute all work processes effectively and efficiently the first time. Management and staff ensure that customer requirements are determined and met with the aim to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain the highest possible standards and try to exceed all SBI and client expectations.

Best practice & procedures

Best work practices and procedures have been developed and defined to minimise waste and errors across all company activities including design, supply, fitting and fabrication. SBI provides adequate resources to develop and maintain quality, safety and environmental planning, control, and improvement initiatives with 2nd party certification and continual training of staff.

Developing existing skills and multi-skilling of staff to broaden their capabilities has always a focus of SBI and by doing this SBI can keep employment opportunities within the company. SBI promotes their training programs and succession planning to motivate staff to excel in their positions and plan for the future.
